3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. yogurt (mine was vanilla)
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. (scant) baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
The yogurt makes the batter very thick -- I think I added a little plain milk to thin it a bit. No butter or oil needed!
